Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

I accept refunds and returns up to 10 days after the order is delivered. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are not applicable on custom ordered items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that your package was received. If the condition of the item meets refund expectations, I will refund you via the original payment method used on my website. This refund may take 3-5 business days to be reflected, depending on payment method used.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
